About Cosmic Drishti
Astrology is part of everyday decision-making in India — marriage, career moves, property, a child's name. But the platforms that connect people to astrologers tend to look like generic marketplaces, and the moment of choosing who to trust with a personal question gets treated like picking a taxi.
Cosmic Drishti is a consultation platform built around that choice: daily horoscopes as the low-commitment way in, a directory where astrologers can be filtered by practice and language, and per-minute pricing shown up front so cost is never a surprise.
01Problem
Astrology consultation sites tend to
- Bury credentials, so there is no basis for trusting one astrologer over another
- Hide pricing until late in the booking flow
- Ignore language, which decides whether a consultation works at all
- Treat a personal, often anxious decision like a transactional listing
Design Challenge
Make choosing an astrologer feel informed rather than arbitrary — surface experience, specialisation, language and price at the point of decision, without stripping the warmth out of the subject.
02Approach
Lead with something free, then make the paid step legible.
Three decisions shaped the product:
- Daily horoscopes sit above the directory — a reason to return that costs nothing
- Concerns are framed in the user's language, not the practice's: Love, Career, Marriage, Finance, Property, Health
- Every astrologer card carries experience, rating, specialisation, languages and ₹/min before any click
03Color
A warm cream base keeps long pages calm; saffron and gold carry the devotional register without tipping into kitsch, and green is reserved for availability and trust signals.

Instrument Sans across the whole product. A single family at a wide weight range keeps dense listing pages readable while still giving headlines enough presence to carry the brand.

Zodiac signs carry both English and Hindi names, so the entry point reads natively to the audience it is for.
A directory you can actually filter
Practice-based chips — Kundli, Numerology, Vastu, Palm, Vedic, Tarot, Nadi — and cards that show experience, rating, languages and per-minute price before the click.
The profile does the convincing
Availability, verification, review count and a written introduction in the astrologer's own voice — the detail that turns a listing into a decision.
